cardio with weights for the most efficient use of your time. 1
minute of weights followed by 1 minute of cardio.

resistance training circuit class led by a certified personal
trainer. Designed to
educate and motivate you thru one hour of fitness fun.
Mid-Tempo
Aerobics
A fun Hi/Low
aerobics class with lots of basic moves. Includes body sculpting and
abdominals.
Muscle
Conditioning
This class may
incorporate bars, dumbbells, and tubing to provide a workout to
strengthen your muscles, build bone density and help speed your
metabolism!
Pilates Mat
A mind/body mat
workout designed to uniformly develop the whole body from the inside
out. The exercises stretch & strengthen the abdominal/back muscles.
Power Yoga

Step it Up
Step
choreography and high energy are the foundation of this class. New
to step? Class can easily be modified for all levels.
Sunrise Wake-up
An energizing
combination of hi/low impact, bench, or circuit training that’s
guaranteed to rev up your day.
Ultimate Abs
This class is
exactly what it says, abs and only abs.
This is 30-minutes of continues intermediate ab exercises.
You control the pace so it’s great for beginners and advance
participants.
Yoga
